Privasoft Publishes Checklist for FOIA Success

President Obama, in one of his first memorandums in office, declared that government agencies “should take affirmative steps to make information public” and “use modern technology to inform citizens about what is known and done by their Government.” The problem is, many agencies don't know where to start in shifting to a more digital and open work process.
