Who is using Privasoft Solutions.
Our clients include large organizations and federal government agencies such as Defense, Health, Finance, Public Works, Police, Security and Correctional services. Thousands of licenses of our technology are deployed globally including Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico. Our solutions have been built from the ground up to easily adapt to all regulatory environments related access to information including federal, state/provincial and municipal levels.
How is it deployed?
All Privasoft FOI automation solutions are deployed using our proven, end-to-end implementation approach. This approach ensures all stakeholders needs are met and the right solution is deployed. This approach covers every step from technical readiness to organizational integration and on-going support.
Is it secure?
Security always plays an important role in our design decisions. AccessPro's "always-on" security means that sensitive information is protected everywhere - on servers, during transmission and on desktops - through industry standard encryption or, if you prefer, your own approved encryption technology.
Does it create an audit trail?
Every action item performed during the lifecycle of the request is tracked including the name of the responsible person and the dates it was created and completed. The resulting audit trail has satisfied the most demanding auditors.
What is AccessPro Redaction? When do I need it?
AccessPro Redaction integrates with AccessPro Case Management to allow FOI personnel to process entire case files from their workstation. Electronic documents, case file information and reports are all centrally located and available to any authorized user. As a general rule, if your office processes more than 5,000 pages per year you should look at using AccessPro Redaction.
What is AccessPro Workgroup? When do I need it?
As part of the Privasoft AccessPro Suite of products, AccessPro Workgroup provides you with a specialized collaboration tool set designed to increase the effectiveness of FOI review processes across your organization. It reduces the possibility of litigation or the non-intentional release of sensitive information, while improving the ability of FOI offices to meet their deadlines. Whether your regional action offices or offices of primary interest are distributed across a building, country or the world, AccessPro Workgroup provides a complete collaboration environment that will increase the effectiveness of any FOI review.
Do you provide training?
Role-specific user training is a key part of the Privasoft approach to solution deployment. End-user training needs to be taken seriously and we have put together excellent training packages for all our products. If you need specialized training, we can do that too.
My department has unique workflow requirements. Can Privasoft customize a solution?
The AccessPro Suite is designed to accommodate any FOI processes in the world. If, for some reason, you need modifications, we have a highly skilled team of software developers that can ensure your requirements are always met.
How do I get started?
Very simple. Contact us at 1-866-764-1696.
What are the technical requirements?
All our software is built using industry standard technology and methodologies. If you are running networked Microsoft Windows® clients (and who isn't?) then you are well on your way. Unlike other systems, no expensive and disruptive middleware is required, so you can get up and running quickly.
