Built on Privasoft’s AccessPro framework, the solution empowers the Supreme Court to efficiently collaborate with each of the 31 states of the Republic of Mexico to process and track requests for information through a single application.  The Court anticipates rapid return on their investment by quickly reducing backlog through a more efficient process that occupies fewer resources and is more cost effective than current practices. 

Through the web portal, requestors are able to create accounts on the fly, check their status and remotely obtain access to electronic files securely, helping the Supreme Court to proactively promote transparency.

Minister Mariano Azuela of Supreme Court of Mexico predicts this electronic process could become the standard for processing all judicial tasks, improving users’ access to information and reducing processing time.

The solution blends Privasoft’s AccessPro Case Management, AccessPro Web Portal and the expertise of the professional services team to attain a system tailored to the specific needs of the Supreme Court.
