Privasoft President Shafique Shamji Appointed to the Ottawa Hospital Board of Governors

Ottawa, ON – July 27, 2010 –– Privasoft, a world leader in specialized software for access to information and privacy (ATIP) process automation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shafique Shamji, Privasoft President, to the Ottawa Hospital Board of Governors. Shamji has been the President of Privasoft (http://www.privasoft.com) since 2008, and has the Board appointment until 2013.

The Ottawa Hospital, one of Canada’s largest acute care hospitals, is governed by a voluntary Board of Governors. The Board of Governors reviews the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the hospital. Additionally, the Board is tasked with ensuring that the hospital is properly using the resources available to best serve the health needs of the community.
