Overview
AccessPro Portal is a value-added module of the AccessPro Suite from Privasoft. AccessPro Portal makes requesters part of the process by allowing them to submit requests and track status over the Internet. It allows FOIA/ATIP teams to fully promote transparency and improve customer service, as encouraged by recent government initiatives such as the OPEN Government Act and the Federal Accountability Act.
